This service is provided and only provided to Business & Economy Organization such as companies.

I-Logistica reserves further right to develop or set new module, function, software or other language service. These services of new module, function and software above still apply these terms of use.
When he wants to get free quotes, a buyer must individually be responsible for the legality of his communication content, information and comments he provided. I-Logistica reserves the right to suspend or cancel the info if it offends law or these terms of use.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The validity, performance, construction and effect of this terms and condition shall be governed exclusively by the French laws without recourse to any principles of conflict of laws. Also, in case of any controversy, dispute, claim, or similar matter arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with this terms and conditions or a breach hereof, the parties shall seek to resolve the matter amicably through discussions between themselves. Should such efforts be unavailing, and the parties fail to resolve such case, controversy, dispute, claim, or similar matter, the parties shall resolve such dispute through arbitration in Bordeaux, France in accordance with the French Commercial laws.
I-Logistica does not represent the logistics supplier or the buyer in any transactions.
As a result, I-Logistica will not interfere or become involved in any transactions between buyers and logistics suppliers. All transactions will be the responsibility of buyers and logistics suppliers only. Buyers should agree and admit that I-Logistica is not responsible for any damage caused by the situation above, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption or otherwise.
Buyers agree and admit that they use this site solely for their business purposes, not for all kinds of information agency or operating a business that competes with I-Logistica.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I-Logistica is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all the rights to the site and the contents.
